Job Description
Responsibilities Manage end-to-end ticketing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handle reissues and refunds with exceptional attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Utilize New Distribution Capability (NDC) to optimize the booking experience.
Apply knowledge of Low-Cost Carriers (LCC) in ticketing and booking procedures. Leverage abilities with various Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to provide seamless travel solutions. Requirements Proven experience in a travel agency or similar role, preferably as a Senior Travel Executive.
Strong knowledge of ticketing, reissue, refunds, NDC, LCC, and GDS. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and partners effectively. Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
