About Client:MNC-Manufacturing into Specialty Chemicals (Please Note:- This position is on 3rd Party Payroll Contract for 9 Months ) Position: Lab & Application Engineering Intern Location: Chennai Reporting To: Application Engineering Manager/Lab Lead Criteria: BE/ B.Tech (Chemical)/Polymer Technology with 1 Year of Experience in Lab Testing. (Open for Freshers). Skills & Competencies Basic understanding of laboratory practices and testing methods Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong learning agility and adaptability Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach Basic computer knowledge (MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Attention to detail and structured working style. Job Purpose: Support the Lab and Application Engineering team in executing routine testing, product application activities, and maintaining efficient laboratory operations.

To enhance lab productivity, ensure disciplined documentation, and contribute to cross-functional and global collaboration. Key Responsibilities Assist in routine laboratory testing and validation activities Support product application trials and evaluations Prepare test samples and ensure accurate recording of results Maintain and update laboratory documentation and test reports Manage lab materials, chemicals, and sample inventory Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Plant, QA, Application Engineering teams) Collaborate with global counterparts (India & China Application Teams) for technical support activities Ensure adherence to lab safety, quality standards, and 5S practices
