Job Description โ€“ Corporate Training Sales Executive (Key Accounts) Location: Bangalore (Preferred) Experience: 2โ€“5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Corporate Training, EdTech, Learning & Development About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Training Sales Executive to drive enterprise sales for our corporate learning solutions. In this role, you will identify, develop, and manage key enterprise accounts while building strong relationships with HR, Learning & Development, business leaders, and procurement teams. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales and experience selling learning, training, or technology solutions to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify enterprise leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic prospecting. Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across HR, L&D, business units, and procurement.

Present customized corporate learning solutions, including Leadership Development, Technical Upskilling, Sales Training, Digital Transformation, AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Custom Learning Academies. Prepare proposals, RFP responses, commercial quotations, and Statements of Work (SOWs). Work closely with delivery and customer success teams to ensure successful project execution.

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting. Drive account growth through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities. Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking programs.

Experience selling Corporate Training, Learning & Development, EdTech, HR Tech, SaaS, or Professional Services. Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools. Ability to engage with CXOs, Vice Presidents, Directors, HR Heads, and Learning & Development leaders.
