Title: Field Support Analyst Duration: 12 months Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm Location: Los Angeles, CA - Onsite Why is this role open? (Coverage, looking for perm, etc.) Backfilling open role Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: End-user of client services is a big part of the role Team Overview: Candidate will be working as part of a team Resource's typical working day: Candidate will be supporting users within the office building they are working in Work comes in through a ticketing system General desk top support Hardware/software support Desktop support helping a wide range of end users Responding to tickets Maintaining office technology Front facing customer service Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level Backend office MS Office Support MS Intune Active Directory Remote management Incident Request Management Licenses/Certifications: A+ certification is not required but a big plus Must Have Skills: * Good technical skills, good customer service Nice to have skills: * Large company work > 10,000 end-users * Commercial Real Estate, Banking or Law firm support work * Experience with Apple iOS * Adobe Acrobat Nice to have skills: Microsoft Office 365 experience Outlook troubleshooting Adobe creative cloud suite experience Mac experience Soft Skills : Excellent customer service skills Good in high pressure environment Years of Experience: 5+ years Education Bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 3 years extra experience Software skills: MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite Interview Process: 1st round Technical Interview 2nd round Cultural Interview with hiring manager 3rd round onsite Interview with office leader
