Role Overview We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Director of Sales & Partnerships to lead revenue growth, strategic partnerships, AI-driven market expansion, and enterprise customer acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in enterprise software sales, strategic alliances, business development, and leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in SaaS, GRC, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, AI-powered platforms, or enterprise technology solutions. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strategic alliances, expanding market presence, and leading high-performing sales and partnership teams.

Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Drive enterprise sales across key industries including BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, and Consulting. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through direct and indirect channels.

Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure. Establish sales targets, KPIs, forecasting models, and performance metrics. Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies.

Drive annual and quarterly revenue growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Position ProGReC's AI-powered capabilities as a key differentiator in competitive enterprise deals while driving revenue growth from AI-enabled modules and predictive risk offerings. AI-Driven Sales Strategy Lead the market positioning and commercialization of ProGReC's AI-powered GRC solutions.

Develop go-to-market strategies for AI-enabled risk management, compliance automation, predictive analytics, and cyber risk solutions. Educate enterprise customers on the business value of AI-driven governance, risk, and compliance programs. Identify emerging AI trends and transform them into revenue-generating opportunities.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align AI innovation with customer and market needs. Drive executive-level discussions around AI governance, AI risk management, responsible AI adoption, and digital transformation. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Develop and manage strategic partnerships with consulting firms, system integrators, technology providers, cloud partners, and channel partners.

Create partnership programs that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Negotiate partnership agreements, reseller arrangements, and strategic alliances. Build relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers.

Collaborate with partners to execute joint go-to-market initiatives and co-selling opportunities. Establish alliances within the AI, cybersecurity, and compliance ecosystem to strengthen ProGReC's market presence. Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic accounts.

Expand the company's footprint across domestic and international markets. Build executive-level relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CROs, Compliance Officers, Risk Leaders, and Digital Transformation Leaders. Drive customer engagement, retention, and account growth strategies.

Develop enterprise account plans and strategic sales initiatives. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and partnership teams. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Recruit, train, and retain top-performing sales talent. Establish scalable sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. Create performance-driven sales programs and coaching frameworks.

Market Intelligence & Strategy Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide strategic insights to leadership regarding market opportunities and business risks. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to align business objectives.

Analyze customer needs and market demands to influence product direction and growth initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred. 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, or Revenue Leadership roles.

Proven success in selling SaaS, GRC, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Compliance, ERP, AI-powered solutions, or Enterprise Software products. Demonstrated experience managing large enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships. Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Cybersecurity, Regulatory Frameworks, and AI Governance.

Experience building and scaling sales organizations and revenue functions. Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong network within enterprise, consulting, technology, and partner ecosystems.

Experience in AI consulting, advisory, or implementation roles, helping enterprises adopt AI-driven risk, compliance, or operational solutions. Preferred Experience Experience selling GRC platforms, cybersecurity products, compliance solutions, AI-powered enterprise platforms, or SaaS solutions. Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and AI Governance frameworks.

Established relationships with consulting firms, audit firms, system integrators, and technology partners. Experience managing multi-million-dollar revenue targets. Exposure to global markets and enterprise-level sales engagements.

Experience driving digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives within large organizations.
