Data and Reporting Analyst Location: Bristol, GB, BS16 1EJ Helensburgh, GB, G84 8HL Plymouth, GB, PL1 3JB Rosyth, Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, GB, KY11 2YD Westminster, London, GB, W1U 1QX Role type: Full time / Permanent Role ID: SF73843 Role At Babcock, the Data and Reporting Analyst will support the HADES programme across our UK locations, shaping a more digital, data‑driven approach to reporting and information management. You will work with stakeholders to improve data capture, analysis, and presentation, helping optimise performance and ways of working. Day‑to‑day responsibilities Identify, document, and catalogue data sources and systems used across the programme.

Analyse current reporting processes and recommend improvements to reduce duplication and manual effort. Design and build dashboards and reports (e.g. using Power BI) to provide clear, actionable insight. Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data solutions.

Support data governance, quality, and consistency across reporting outputs. Essential experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, meaningful insight. Confidence working with reporting tools and data platforms (e.g.

Power BI, Excel, SharePoint). Ability to engage stakeholders at different levels and explain data concepts clearly. A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage your own workload.

Qualifications Degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative, IT, data, or business‑related field. Security Clearance The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
