Position Summary We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager who is well-spoken, relationship-driven, and thrives in a high-touch service environment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in client handling, relationship management, and internal coordination, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, preventive health, nutrition, fitness, functional health, or allied healthcare industry. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage client journeys, from onboarding to ongoing engagement, while acting as the vital link between clients and our internal team of trainers, coaches, nutritionists, physiotherapists, functional health experts, exercise physiology specialists, and longevity specialists.

The ideal candidate should also have a foundational understanding of nutritional counselling, functional health principles, lifestyle modification, and exercise physiology, enabling them to communicate more effectively with clients and internal experts while supporting personalized wellness journeys. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Relationship Building Welcome and guide new clients through their onboarding journey.

Build long-term, meaningful relationships rooted in trust, care, and consistency. Understand individual client goals, health concerns, lifestyle patterns, and wellness needs to personalize communication accordingly. Support clients in understanding the overall wellness journey, including nutrition, movement, recovery, lifestyle, and preventive health components.

Team Coordination & Service Integration Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a unified client experience. Coordinate with trainers, nutritionists, physiotherapists, functional health experts, and exercise specialists to ensure aligned client care. Ensure timely updates, program alignment, and seamless execution across departments.

Act as the central coordinator between client expectations and team delivery. Translate client feedback, concerns, and progress updates clearly to the relevant internal experts. Client Retention, Upselling & Experience Management Maintain high engagement and satisfaction by staying proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented.

Identify opportunities to recommend additional services based on client goals, health needs, lifestyle challenges, and program progress. Support client success metrics including retention, renewals, referrals, and overall satisfaction. Encourage clients to stay consistent with their nutrition, exercise, recovery, and wellness plans through regular follow-ups and motivation.

Nutritional Counselling & Wellness Support Demonstrate basic expertise in nutritional counselling and lifestyle guidance. Understand client concerns related to weight management, metabolic health, gut health, energy levels, recovery, and overall wellness. Support nutritionists and coaches by reinforcing key guidance shared with clients.

Communicate nutrition-related recommendations in a clear, empathetic, and client-friendly manner, while staying within the scope defined by internal experts. Help clients understand the importance of sustainable lifestyle habits, balanced nutrition, and long-term preventive health. Functional Health & Exercise Physiology Awareness Possess working knowledge of functional health, preventive wellness, and exercise physiology principles.

Understand how movement, strength training, mobility, recovery, sleep, stress, nutrition, and lifestyle influence client outcomes. Coordinate effectively with fitness coaches, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation specialists to support safe and personalized client journeys. Help clients understand the purpose of assessments, exercise plans, recovery strategies, and program progressions.

Recognize when a client concern needs escalation to a nutritionist, physiotherapist, doctor, or relevant specialist. Operational Execution Keep client records organized using CRM and internal tools. Track milestones, manage follow-ups, and resolve service gaps promptly.

Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, concerns, feedback, and progress updates. Support continuous improvement by sharing insights from client interactions with leadership and internal teams. Ensure smooth communication across WhatsApp Business, CRM platforms, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other internal systems.

Referrals & Advocacy Inspire referrals through exceptional relationship management. Encourage satisfied clients to share testimonials, reviews, and success stories. Play a pivotal role in growing the Odds Longevity community through trust, loyalty, and client advocacy.

Requirements 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles with a focus on relationship management. Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, preventive health, nutrition, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, fitness, medical services, functional health, or allied healthcare industries is mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business, Psychology, Communications, Nutrition, Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physiotherapy, or a related field preferred.

Foundational understanding of nutritional counselling, functional health, lifestyle modification, and exercise physiology. Ability to communicate wellness, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle concepts in a simple and client-friendly manner. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written.

Highly organized, reliable, and proactive with strong follow-up skills. Naturally empathetic with a genuine interest in wellness, preventive healthcare, nutrition, fitness, and personal growth. Fluent in English and Hindi.

Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM platforms, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion. Preferred Certifications Healthcare Management or Hospital Administration Certification. Patient Relationship Management or Healthcare Operations Certification.

Certified Customer Experience Professional, CCXP, or equivalent. Health & Wellness Coaching Certification. Nutrition, Lifestyle Medicine, or Preventive Healthcare Certification.

Functional Nutrition, Functional Medicine, or Integrative Health Certification. Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Sports Science, or Strength & Conditioning Certification. Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, or Movement Assessment-related certification will be an added advantage.
