Communications Designer

Communication & Pitch Deck Designer Location: Mumbai (On-site) Role Summary: We are looking for a Communication & Pitch Deck Designer to join our Business Growth Team and drive high-impact visual communication across growth initiatives. This role will primarily focus on creating compelling presentations, pitch decks, and business collaterals that support sales, growth, and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate should be someone who can transform complex business ideas into visually engaging stories while balancing creativity, speed, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Visual Storytelling & Presentation Design Create visually compelling pitch decks, pre-sales presentations, and business proposals Translate business briefs and strategic ideas into clear visual narratives Design presentations aligned with brand guidelines and audience expectations Growth Collaterals & Creative Execution Develop creative assets for business growth initiatives, internal presentations, sales materials, and marketing collaterals Build and maintain presentation templates, iconography, and visual asset libraries Create clean, high-quality layouts with strong typography and visual hierarchy Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with Business Growth, Strategy, Content, and Leadership teams Participate in brainstorming discussions and convert concepts into impactful visuals Understand business requirements and recommend suitable visual approaches Quality, Timelines & Ownership Deliver projects within committed timelines while maintaining design quality Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail Ensure consistency across all growth-related communication materials What We Are Looking For 1- 2 years of experience in Graphic Design / Presentation Design / Visual Communication Strong experience creating pitch decks, presentations, and business collaterals Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and storytelling Ability to simplify complex information into visually engaging content Experience working with fast-paced teams and handling multiple stakeholders Motion graphics / interactive presentation experience would be an added advantage Success in This Role Looks Like High-quality presentations delivered consistently within timelines Strong visual storytelling that supports business growth conversations Ability to independently own growth-related design requirements Seamless collaboration with business and strategy teams HOW TO APPLY Share your resume and portfolio at: Subject Line: Application for Communication & Pitch Deck Designer
