As a Lead Business Analyst, you'll leverage your 5+ years of experience to lead the gathering and documentation of business requirements.
Your expertise in business process modeling and stakeholder management will ensure seamless integration of technology solutions, including AWS Connect and Salesforce. You'll also conduct impact assessments and facilitate both remote and in-person sessions to drive effective collaboration.
