Manager / Manager – Delivery Department: Performance Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Experience: 4+ Years Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate – Any Specialization Roles & Responsibilities: Driving performance campaigns across Mobile, Desktop, App/APK Identifying and recruiting new affiliates Maintaining stimulating relationships with current affiliates Developing and monitoring affiliate promotions Continually motivating affiliates to perform better Keeping track of affiliate performance, lead quality, and payments Monitoring and reporting competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions Validation and invoicing of publisher numbers Leading business development initiatives for user growth Managing and mentoring junior team members to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery Taking ownership of team performance, target achievement, and process improvement initiatives Coordinating cross-functionally with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Finance for seamless execution Driving strategic planning and optimization to improve campaign ROI and publisher performance Assisting in setting team goals, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring timely delivery of client requirements Demonstrating leadership in problem-solving, decision-making, and handling high-priority campaigns independently Skill Sets Required: 4+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing with a proven track record in handling performance-led digital campaigns Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to drive performance and accountability Self-motivated and self-starter with strong experience in driving large-scale campaigns, performance management, optimization, reporting, analytics, and affiliate management Knowledge of performance and affiliate marketing campaign processes for both app and web Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills Ability to take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment Aggressive approach towards achieving targets and taking up new challenges Ability to meet deadlines and take responsibility for completion of work Multi-tasker and team player About Ventes Avenues: Ventes Avenues is a Mobile Media Company specializing in Mobile Performance & Branding.
