About the Role As an Assistant Manager you will join our pub management team, stepping in when the General Manager is absent. You will lead from the front, creating memorable experiences that keep guests coming back, support the GM in meeting financial and business KPIs, and inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift. Core Responsibilities Take charge of the pub’s daily operations when deputising for the GM.
Lead the team, ensuring a high standard of service and a welcoming atmosphere. Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs. Inspire and motivate your team throughout every shift.
Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests. Qualifications Previous experience in an Assistant or Deputy Manager role in a similar or branded environment. Strong leadership and motivation skills.
