The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is responsible for assisting and supporting the Director of Nursing with the overall clinical management of the facility. Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program. Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention. Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
