Role Purpose As Alliance Manager for Anthropic, you will own and grow Intuitive.ai’s most strategically significant emerging vendor relationship.
This is a builder role. You will serve as the primary architect of how we structure, develop, and operationalize the Anthropic partnership — from program design and partner tiering, to joint go-to-market execution and revenue linkage. You will be measured on your ability to turn the Anthropic partnership into live, structured, revenue-generating engagements that amplify Intuitive.ai’s delivery capability and open new doors with enterprise customers.

Job Tit le: Alliance Manager, Anthropic Locati on: Remote across India Position Ty pe: Full Time Key Responsibilities Alliance Development & Program Ownership Own the end-to-end Anthropic partnership on behalf of Intuitive.ai, serving as the primary day-to-day contact with Anthropic’s partner and sales organizations.
Design and execute a structured alliance program from the ground up — joint GTM motions, co-sell frameworks, and partner tier progression. Drive Intuitive.ai’s progression within Anthropic’s partner ecosystem, identifying and securing accreditations and designations that unlock commercial benefit. Develop joint value propositions that clearly articulate the combined Intuitive.ai and Anthropic offering to enterprise customers, grounded in the aiE™ Framework and accelerator portfolio.
Track and report on partnership KPIs, maintaining momentum and ensuring commitments to Anthropic are met. Go-to-Market Execution & Pipeline Development Build and execute a joint GTM strategy with Anthropic, aligned to Intuitive.ai’s priority verticals: manufacturing, power & energy, oil & gas, and enterprise AI transformation. Develop and maintain a co-sell pipeline using structured qualification frameworks to assess, prioritise, and advance opportunities.
Drive lead generation through partner events, Anthropic-hosted programs, and direct relationship-building with Anthropic’s customer-facing teams. Collaborate with Intuitive.ai’s sales and delivery teams to ensure qualified opportunities are handed over cleanly and progressed to close. Own revenue targets associated with the Anthropic partnership and actively manage forecasting and pipeline reviews with leadership .
Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Presence Build deep, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at Anthropic — partner managers, sales leadership, and technical evangelists. Represent Intuitive.ai credibly and confidently at partner summits, industry forums, and executive briefings. Engage enterprise customer stakeholders — CIOs, CTOs, and digital transformation leads — as part of joint sales motions.
Articulate the Intuitive.ai + Anthropic proposition in a way that connects Claude’s capabilities directly to customer AI transformation priorities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Intuitive.ai’s technical practice and delivery teams to ensure the Anthropic proposition is grounded in genuine, differentiated capability. Feed market intelligence back into Intuitive.ai’s service development — what customers are asking for, where Anthropic is investing, and where the competitive landscape is moving.
Co-ordinate with marketing on partner-aligned campaigns, case studies, and event participation. Operate as a credible bridge between Intuitive.ai’s commercial ambitions and Anthropic’s partner program requirements. What You Bring Essential Minimum three years’ experience in a partnerships, alliances, or strategic business development role within a technology environment.
Proven ability to build alliance program from scratch — you thrive without an inherited playbook and take ownership of the outcome. Strong executive presence — you are comfortable holding a room with a CIO, CISO, or senior AI vendor leader. Hands-on experience applying MEDDIC or MEDDPICC qualification frameworks to complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Fluency in AI technology — you can hold credible conversations about agentic AI, large language models, RAG, and enterprise AI adoption with both technical and commercial audiences. Experience in organizations of a similar size and stage to Intuitive.ai, with an understanding of the constraints and opportunities that entails. A proactive, outcomes-driven mindset — you move with urgency and own your results.
DesirableDirect exposure to Anthropic’s partner or reseller ecosystem, or comparable AI vendor programs (OpenAI, Cohere, Mistral, or similar).Background in manufacturing, energy, or industrial enterprise sales contexts.Hands-on experience with onsite lead generation and event-driven pipeline de velopment.Genuine passion for the responsible and beneficial development of AI and its potential to transform how organizations operate.
