We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Team Lead to drive candidate engagement, lead generation, and team performance within our US Staffing division. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists. • Develop and implement effective marketing and talent acquisition strategies. • Monitor team productivity, KPIs, and performance metrics. • Collaborate with management to improve recruitment processes and business growth initiatives. • Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing support to team members. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and candidate behavior to improve sourcing effectiveness. • Ensure high-quality candidate engagement and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. • Prepare performance reports and present insights to leadership.

Required Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in US IT Staffing. • Prior experience as a Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, or Team Lead. • Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, candidate sourcing, and lead generation. • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proven ability to achieve team goals and performance targets.
