Job Description
We Are Hiring | Mumbai & Pune Building Performance & Green Building Team Join a multidisciplinary team working at the intersection of architecture, sustainability, building science, and environmental performance. Position 1: Building Performance Analyst Experience: 3+ Years Role Support architects and developers with evidence-based design decisions. Conduct passive solar design studies and environmental performance analysis.
Develop strategies for energy, water, material, and waste efficiency. Assist in green building certification projects. Preferred Skills & Experience Proficiency in EnergyPlus, eQuest, DesignBuilder, IES-VE, Ladybug/Honeybee, and Climate Studio.
Experience modelling at least 3 commercial or residential projects from concept to completion. Exposure to a minimum of 2 Green Building Certification projects. Position 2: Building Performance Program Manager Experience: 6+ Years Role Lead building performance analysis and passive solar design strategies.
Develop net-zero energy, water, carbon, and sustainability roadmaps for projects. Mentor and guide junior analysts. Review simulation studies, cost-benefit analyses, and environmental strategy reports.
Present technical findings and recommendations to developers, clients, and decision-makers. Preferred Skills & Experience Proficiency in EnergyPlus, eQuest, DesignBuilder, IES-VE, Ladybug/Honeybee, and Climate Studio. Experience delivering 5+ projects from design stage through post-occupancy performance evaluation.
Involvement in at least 5 Green Building Certification projects.
