The Role We're hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer with deep eCommerce expertise — someone who understands what makes online stores convert, and can lead design + client communication for D2C brand projects. You won't just design pages. You'll think strategically about user flows, conversion psychology, and brand presence. You'll work directly with international clients (UAE/US/UK) and own design direction across active projects. Shopify experience is a plus — not required. If you understand eCommerce design deeply, you'll pick up the platform fast.

What You'll Own Design Leadership Lead UI/UX design for D2C eCommerce stores end-to-end Design homepage, PDP, collection pages, cart, and supporting flows Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma Create banners, illustrations, and visual assets for client brands Maintain a high creative bar across all output Client Communication Run discovery calls, design reviews, and feedback rounds with international clients (UAE / US / UK) Translate client vision into clear design direction Manage timelines, expectations, and creative approvals Be the go-to design contact for assigned client accounts Strategic Thinking Audit existing eCommerce stores for UX + conversion gaps Recommend layouts, sections, and flows backed by D2C best practices Brief our developers on design implementation QA design output before launch Who You Are Must-Have 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience , with strong focus on eCommerce or D2C web design Portfolio of 10+ eCommerce/D2C stores or web projects you've designed end-to-end Figma expert — confident in design systems, prototyping, and component libraries Strong understanding of conversion-focused design — you know what makes a PDP convert, what kills mobile UX, what builds trust Fluent English — both written and spoken (you'll be on calls with international clients) Confident running client calls independently Strong visual + typographic sense Located in or willing to relocate to Jaipur (on-site role) Strong Plus Hands-on Shopify experience (theme customization, sections, app integrations) Familiarity with Liquid or willingness to learn theme architecture Brand identity / visual design background Experience working with UAE, US, or UK clients CRO or A/B testing exposure Don't Worry If You haven't worked deeply on Shopify before — if your eCommerce design fundamentals are strong, we'll get you Shopify-fluent fast Not a Fit If You're a print or graphic designer with no web/digital experience You've never worked on D2C or eCommerce projects You've never owned a client relationship before You want a fully remote role (we're on-site in Civil Lines, Jaipur) What We Offer Salary Competitive — based on experience Direct ownership of your accounts and creative decisions — no layers, no politics International client exposure — UAE, US, UK, India D2C brands Real growth path — this role grows into Head of Design / Creative Director as we scale Modern, focused workspace in Civil Lines, Jaipur Why Windborne You shape the brand of the company — your design taste defines our work Direct founder collaboration — work closely with leadership on every project Variety of brands — fashion, beauty, lifestyle, home, wellness, premium D2C across geographies No bureaucracy — small senior team, high ownership, fast decisions Real career trajectory — first design hire = founding design team member
