Digital Marketing & Account Manager

Ahmedabad (On-site) Experience: 1.5–2 Years Company: DIGI MAA DIGI MAA is looking for a proactive and client-focused Digital Marketing & Account Manager to manage client accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the internal team.

Coordinate with content, design, social media, performance marketing, and development teams. Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of tasks. Plan, monitor, and optimize digital marketing activities across various platforms.

Conduct regular client meetings, updates, and performance reviews. Track campaign performance and prepare reports for clients. Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term relationship management.

Identify opportunities for account growth and additional services. Requirements: 1.5–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Account Management, Client Servicing, or a similar role. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
