NEXA is urgently looking for an experienced CRM Project & Growth Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of HubSpot implementation engagements. You will be the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, from kickoff to go-live, responsible for timelines, quality, and client confidence. You will work alongside a dedicated Implementation Specialist who handles the technical build - your focus is structured project management, clear client communication, and ensuring nothing leaves the team without meeting the bar.

This is a role for someone who has run complex CRM projects before, managed clients through difficult moments, and can hold a commercial conversation - spotting where a client can do more with HubSpot and making the case for it. Who You Are A delivery-proven project lead. You have owned CRM implementation projects from end to end and have a track record of projects completed on time, in scope, and to a high standard.

You understand what can go wrong and how to prevent it. Client-facing and trusted. You are comfortable running discovery sessions, managing expectations, navigating scope conversations, and being the face of delivery for clients.

Clients feel informed and in control when you are on the project. Structured and accountable. You track every moving part, flag risks early, and make sure milestones do not slip quietly.

You bring rigour to briefing your team so that tasks are clear, unblocked, and progressing. A clear, confident communicator. You can translate complex CRM concepts into plain language for non-technical clients and write documentation that a team member can pick up and execute without chasing you for clarification.

Commercially aware and growth-minded. You notice when clients are underutilizing HubSpot, you understand what expanded capability would do for their business, and you are comfortable having value and growth conversations. You do not wait for clients to ask - you bring ideas.

Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery Own the project management of HubSpot onboarding and implementation engagements from kickoff through go-live and handover. Lead discovery and requirements sessions to establish scope, timelines, success criteria, and client sign-off gates. Maintain project plans, task tracking, and milestone records across all active engagements Brief Implementation Specialists clearly โ€” task descriptions must be specific, actionable, and unambiguous.

Review and quality-check all deliverables before they reach the client. Produce handover documentation and training materials that enable clients to operate HubSpot independently. Client Management Serve as the main client contact throughout delivery โ€” running regular check-ins, managing change requests, and keeping stakeholders aligned.

Set and hold expectations on scope, timelines, and readiness for go-live with confidence and professionalism. Deliver training sessions that equip client teams to get full value from their HubSpot investment. Handle escalations with composure and know when to loop in the Team Lead.

Growth, Retention and Account Development Maintain an active view of each client's HubSpot utilisation, health, and contract status - proactively flag retention risks before they become churn. Conduct regular account reviews to assess how clients are using HubSpot, identify gaps, and recommend what to tackle next. Identify and develop upsell opportunities where additional hubs, upgraded tiers, or expanded project scope would deliver clear value to the client.

Identify cross-sell opportunities for complementary NEXA services: web, digital marketing, solutions architecture and introduce them at the right moment. Collaborate with the Account Manager and Team Lead to shape proposals and pricing for expanded engagements. Track renewal dates and initiate retention conversations in advance, ensuring clients see the value of continuing the relationship.

Team Coordination Coordinate with Implementation Specialists, Web, and Solutions Architecture teams to ensure cohesive delivery. Identify blockers early and resolve or escalate them before they affect client timelines. Contribute to improving delivery processes, project templates, and documentation standards across the team.

What We Are Looking For Essential 3 to 5 years of hands-on HubSpot implementation experience, within an agency or consultancy setting. A demonstrable track record of leading end-to-end CRM implementation projects, including discovery, data migration, configuration, and go-live, with clear outcomes. Direct client-facing project management experience: you have run kickoff calls, managed expectations through delivery, and owned difficult conversations.

Experience identifying growth opportunities within an existing client base and contributing to upsell or cross-sell outcomes โ€” either directly or in close collaboration with a commercial team. Solid working knowledge across the HubSpot ecosystem: Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, DataIf Hub. Strong project planning discipline: scoping, timeline management, risk identification, and milestone tracking.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without dropping the ball. Preferred HubSpot certifications across core Hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, Data).

Familiarity with integrations and third-party connectors (APIs, Zapier, iPaaS tools). Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Asana. Background in B2B technology, SaaS, or agency environments.

MENA market experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
