Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Revenue Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the sales organization. This role will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing CRM platforms, governing automation initiatives, and delivering actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, sales operations, lead management, and process improvement within a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
Key Responsibilities CRM & Systems Management Oversee the administration and optimization of Salesforce and HubSpot to support business objectives. Partner with CRM administrators to manage user access, workflows, data quality, and system enhancements. Ensure CRM systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs.
Lead Management & Routing Manage the complete lead lifecycle, including lead capture, qualification, assignment, and tracking. Design and optimize lead routing frameworks to maximize response times and conversion rates. Monitor lead management performance and implement continuous improvements.
Sales Process Optimization Design, implement, and enhance sales processes to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Document and standardize workflows, ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices. Identify process bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to improve customer and sales team experiences.
Automation & CRM Governance Lead CRM implementation projects, upgrades, and integrations with minimal business disruption. Establish governance frameworks for automation, workflows, and system configurations. Drive adoption of automation tools to streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and reduce manual effort.
Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track sales performance, pipeline health, and operational effectiveness. Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success teams to align operational processes and business goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for sales systems, process enhancements, and operational challenges. Drive collaboration across teams to improve revenue-generating processes and customer experience.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven organization. Hands-on experience managing Salesforce and HubSpot environments. Strong understanding of CRM implementations, workflow automation, and process governance.
Proven experience in lead management, sales process optimization, and operational excellence. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce and/or HubSpot certifications. Experience with sales automation and revenue intelligence tools.
Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and reporting best practices. Exposure to SaaS metrics, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting. What Success Looks Like Improved lead conversion rates and sales productivity.
