Job Title: Academic/ EdTech Sales Consultant /Manager (Remote | Night Shift) About the Role Our client, a leading EdTech organization, is looking for highly motivated sales professionals with experience selling educational programs, certification courses, executive education programs, bootcamps, or professional upskilling programs. The ideal candidate should have experience selling technology-focused programs such as Data Science, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Software Development, DevOps, Analytics, or similar domains. We are open to candidates from both Individual Contributor (IC) and Managerial backgrounds.

Candidates who have managed teams as well as those who have directly driven enrollments and revenue are encouraged to apply. This is a fully remote night-shift role. Candidates must be comfortable working a 6-day work week, including Saturdays and Sundays, with weekly offs on weekdays.

Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective learners and understand their career goals and learning requirements. Recommend suitable courses and learning paths based on learner needs. Drive enrollments and achieve revenue targets.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to enrollment. Conduct consultative discussions with prospective learners and working professionals. Explain program curriculum, outcomes, certifications, and career benefits.

Build strong relationships with prospective learners and stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups. For managerial candidates, provide guidance and support to team members while contributing to revenue objectives.

Required Experience Experience in EdTech sales, academic counseling, admissions, inside sales, or course sales. Experience selling technology-focused learning programs is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong consultative selling and objection-handling abilities. Ability to build trust and influence decision-making. Experience working in a remote and target-driven environment is preferred.
