Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our US outbound sales efforts. This is a high-volume, calling-focused role. You will be provided a list of prospects and your core responsibility is to reach them, communicate our value proposition clearly, book discovery calls, and follow up persistently until a meeting is secured.
You will be engaging with Finance professionals across C-suite, senior, and mid-level roles at mid-market companies in the United States. Responsibilities: โข Make outbound calls to assigned prospects during US business hours โข Clearly articulate the value of our products and services โข Schedule and confirm discovery and demo calls for the sales team โข Execute structured follow-up sequences via phone, email, and LinkedIn โข Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity in the CRM โข Meet weekly targets for connects and demos booked What we are looking for: โข 1โ3 years of experience in outbound calling, business development, or tele-sales for the North America market โข Clear, professional English communication skills โข Comfortable engaging Finance professionals at all seniority levels โข Disciplined with follow-through โข Prior exposure to finance, SaaS, or ERP products is an advantage โข Available to work the US shift: 6:00 PM โ 3:00 AM IST What we offer: โข Prospect lists provided โ your focus is entirely on outreach and booking โข Competitive fixed compensation with a performance bonus tied to demos booked โข Remote work from Chennai โข Direct mentorship from founders with room to grow If you have the communication skills and persistence to represent our products and services to Finance professionals in the US market, we would be glad to hear from you.
