About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Outreach Manager to strengthen our Higher Education Institutions (HEI) vertical.

The role involves driving business development, managing institutional relationships, and promoting the adoption of QS I-GAUGE's Higher Education rating and assessment services across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian Higher Education ecosystem and proven experience in B2B sales within the education sector. Please note: This role is suitable only for candidates with prior B2B sales experience in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities Drive business development initiatives for the Higher Education vertical, aligned with organizational growth objectives. Identify, engage, and develop relationships with universities, colleges, and other higher education institutions across India. Build and maintain strong relationships with Vice Chancellors, Directors, Registrars, Deans, and other institutional decision-makers.

Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, presentations, proposal development, negotiations, and successful deal closure. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, project execution, and long-term client satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and client data using CRM systems.

Monitor Higher Education market trends, competitor activities, and institutional priorities to identify new business opportunities. Represent QS I-GAUGE at conferences, education summits, exhibitions, and networking events across the country. Travel extensively to build and strengthen institutional partnerships.

Key performance Indicators Achievement of revenue and business development targets. Growth of a healthy and sustainable institutional sales pipeline. Successful acquisition and retention of Higher Education institution clients.

High levels of client satisfaction and relationship management. Contribution to the growth and visibility of the QS I-GAUGE brand. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline. 5 years of B2B sales experience within the education sector Demonstrated success in managing institutional sales and achieving business development targets.

Strong understanding of the Indian Higher Education landscape and key institutional stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
