Recruitment Manager– US Hiring & Talent Operations Remote (India) ⏳ Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Only EST Hours Required (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST) About US We are a Florida-based private investment firm focused on funding and scaling disruptive HealthTech and Medical Device companies. As we continue to expand our portfolio of high-growth subsidiary companies, we are building a world-class India-based talent and operations hub to support our next phase of growth.

We are looking for an exceptional HR leader who can build, scale, and optimize talent acquisition and HR operations across multiple US-based portfolio companies. About the Role This is not a traditional HR role. We are seeking a highly strategic yet hands-on HR professional who can architect scalable HR infrastructure while simultaneously owning recruitment execution across multiple business units.

You will serve as the bridge between US leadership teams and India-based operations, helping scale high-performing teams while building the processes, systems, and accountability structures required for long-term growth. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in US recruitment, HR operations, process design, stakeholder management, and organizational scaling. This role requires someone who can think like a leader and execute like an operator.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Leadership Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple US-based portfolio companies Partner directly with founders, executives, and business leaders to forecast hiring needs Manage end-to-end recruitment including: Sourcing Screening Interview coordination Candidate evaluation Offer negotiation Closing Build talent pipelines across: MedTech Healthcare Engineering Operations Business Development Corporate Functions Develop proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and specialized positions Improve hiring velocity, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction HR Process Architecture & Infrastructure Design and implement scalable HR processes from the ground up Build and standardize: Recruitment workflows Onboarding programs Offboarding processes Performance management systems Accountability frameworks HR documentation Establish HR policies and operational best practices Create repeatable processes that support growth across multiple entities HR Operations & Compliance Audit existing HR practices and identify opportunities for improvement Implement standardized workflows across teams and locations Support US and India HR operations while ensuring process consistency Improve cross-border collaboration between distributed teams Maintain high levels of operational accuracy, documentation, and compliance Reporting, Analytics & Systems Management Build recruitment and HR dashboards for executive leadership Track and report: Time-to-fill Hiring pipeline health Recruitment KPIs Operational bottlenecks Team performance metrics Maintain exceptional data hygiene across ATS, CRM, and project management systems Drive accountability through structured reporting and process visibility Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop recruitment and HR team members Establish performance standards and quality control mechanisms Create scalable operating procedures as the team grows Serve as the primary HR advisor to leadership on talent-related matters Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and HR Generalist functions Proven experience recruiting for US-based roles and organizations Demonstrated success sourcing, negotiating with, and closing US-based candidates Experience managing recruitment across multiple business functions Strong leadership experience with evidence of process ownership and team management Experience building HR systems, workflows, or programs from scratch Strong understanding of HR operations and organizational design Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills Ability to work fully aligned with US EST business hours Preferred Experience Strong preference for candidates with experience in: MedTech Healthcare Medical Devices Venture-backed startups Private equity or portfolio company environments High-growth organizations Global or cross-border teams Tools & Technology You should be highly proficient with: ClickUp Asana Jira ATS Platforms CRM Systems Recruitment Analytics Tools HRIS Platforms AI-powered recruiting and productivity tools Strong process discipline and systems thinking are essential.
