Title: QA Manager/ IT Test Manager/ IT Test Project Manager Duration: Contract (1 year + potential to extend) Location: Toronto, ON (3-4 day's in office)- Onsite Shift/Core Hours: 37.5 Hours Compensation: $75-$80/hour Interview: 2 rounds - 1st - In person and video Day-to-day responsibilities: Responsible for development and execution of testing strategies utilizing various software deliverable methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Work with Development and other internal teams to help troubleshoot and resolve issues, identify risks, and ensure defects are resolved; Ensures adherence to defined testing quality standards. Hybrid role - Test and project manager Must-haves/key skills needed: Communication is Key Reporting is key - status reporting, holding meetings, power point presentation. Project Management background (managing QA Projects) / Coordinating testing Experience running large programs. Solid agile experience and knowledge. 3-5 year’s experience - ALM, Q Test, Jira, Confluence Knowledge of Automation testing Solid knowledge of testing best practices and all phases of testing. HP ALM and Jira are a must Build dashboards Produce reports Connectivity, traceability Pluses: Interact with hundreds of people Communication skills Fast paced large scale environment Financial or Bank Scrum Master Certified.
