Weโ€™re Hiring: Customer Success Specialist | New Delhi Location: New Delhi(Hybrid), 2-3 Days in Office Experience: 2โ€“3 years Industry: Fintech / SaaS Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: 7-8 LPA About the organisation: It is an enterprise SaaS company powering next-gen fintech businesses with AI/ML-driven solutions across customer onboarding, risk management, fraud detection, and alternate data intelligence . We work with leading digital lenders in India, helping them build faster, compliant, and more reliable decisioning systems. Role Overview: Weโ€™re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who can drive client adoption, onboarding, and revenue growth across enterprise fintech accounts. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical consulting, and account management , requiring both API understanding and strong relationship management skills . Key Responsibilities 1. Client Onboarding & Adoption Lead onboarding, implementation, and POCs for enterprise clients Guide clients on product workflows, API integrations, and best practices Build deep product and technical understanding 2. Account Management & Relationships Act as the primary point of contact for clients Manage CXO-level relationships across product, risk, and compliance teams Track adoption, usage, and engagement health 3. Revenue Growth Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (KYC, AML, Fraud, Risk APIs) Drive renewals and commercial discussions Maintain accurate CRM tracking 4. Insights & Performance Analyze client KPIs and product usage Deliver business reviews and executive summaries Provide feedback to product teams for enhancements 5.

Technical Consulting & Issue Resolution Provide API-level consultation and troubleshooting Work closely with product and tech teams to resolve escalations Ensure high client satisfaction and SLA adherence What Weโ€™re Looking For: Experience 3โ€“7 years in Customer Success / Account Management / SaaS / Fintech Experience with BFSI or fintech clients (preferred) Proven track record in renewals and revenue growth Technical Skills Understanding of SaaS, APIs, and fintech workflows Experience with tools like Postman / REST APIs Familiarity with KYC, fraud detection, or decisioning systems Basic understanding of data/BI tools Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management Analytical and problem-solving mindset High ownership and customer-first approach Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (any discipline) Why Join: Work with top fintech companies in India Be part of a high-growth SaaS environment Own revenue + customer impact (not just support) Exposure to AI, risk, and decisioning systems Interested?
