Job Overview & Responsibilities You will serve as a finance business partner supporting the sales directors and business development managers (BDMs) as your main stakeholders. You will be responsible for trade spend governance, Net Sales variance analysis, identification of business risks and opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability. You will become a part of the customer business finance team (Sales Finance) already in place to ensure Danoneâs best interest with our customers.
Responsibilities (English) Act as finance partner to the Customer Business Teams (CBT) to ensure alignment with the organizationâs strategic vision and enable delivery of key financial objectives. Develop robust financial planning and target setting processes for customers. Responsible for monthly trade spend followâup, level of balance sheet provisions, and Net Sales variance analysis with the sales team.
Evaluate and analyze business risks and opportunities and propose action plans to the sales team. Build business cases for incremental investment at customers. Support the deduction process between sales and receivable teams based in the United States.
Enforce trade compliance through governance and tight control of tradeâspend programs and internal controls. Work with the Customer Finance Team to enhance existing tools and create new ones for sales finance analytics. Use external data from clients and the market to enrich internal analyses.

Monter les businessâcases supportant les demandes de nouveaux investissements auprĂšs des clients. Supporter le processus de dĂ©ductions avec lâĂ©quipe des ventes et lâĂ©quipe des comptes recevables basĂ©e aux Ătats-Unis. Assurer la qualitĂ© des provisions pour dĂ©penses commerciales, et le respect des procĂ©dures de contrĂŽle interne.
Travailler avec les Ă©quipes commerciales pour amĂ©liorer les outils existants et proposer des amĂ©liorations. Utiliser les donnĂ©es externes provenant des clients et du marchĂ© afin dâenrichir les analyses internes. Qualifications University degree in business administration with finance or accounting.
CPA designation is an asset. 5 years of experience including controlling/financial analysis. Advanced Excel skills. Experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) net sales controlling is an asset.
Motivation to implement new processes and improve existing ones. Ability to build productive and positive business relationships, listen and influence others. Comfortable working with multiple complex systems and large quantities of data (SAP, TPM system, BI).
Comfortable with Power BI, PowerQuery. French is an asset; bilingualism in English and French is required for this position. Salary & Benefits Annual base salary range: $72,000 to $110,000 CAD.
The final salary offered will be determined by relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity, and external market conditions.
