Come Join an Inclusive Team The Executive Services team has a global role in attracting andretainingthe employees that are the leaders and innovators of today and tomorrow.The purpose of this position is to provide support toExecutive services teamfor stock plan administration and executive compensation by: * Supporting the day-to-day operations of theExecutive Services function, including stock plan administration and other related activities as needed *Assistingwith the administration of executiveservicesprograms, includingannual and long-term incentive programs, ESPP,executive salary surveysand related initiatives A Day in the Life Administer and coordinate executive services programs including RSU, Stock Options, and Performance Share programs for applicable events including new hires, terminations, retirements, annual deferral elections, dividend equivalent payments, and incentive plan payments Administrate the global Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) activities for enrollment,purchasesand reporting Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation to review accuracy of equity and transaction data Prepare andmaintainprocedural documents for allstock planadministration processes Support theup keepofaccurateequity compensation reporting for SOX Compliance and other internal and external reporting;assistin preparation of any SEC filings Support process improvement and automation opportunities Support the communication ofnew executive compensation plans and changes to existing plans by preparing announcement materials, booklets, and other media Counsel employees and colleaguesregardingequity and executive compensation issues Respond to questions and requests ina timelyand professional manner Participatesonspecialprojectsor other activitiesasrequested.
You Bring This Value Bachelor's Degree (preferred majors in finance, accounting, economics, humanresourcesor related degrees) Minimumthreeyearsof progressive experience in the field of executive compensation or in a related professional services field such asfinance,accounting, tax Proficiencyto advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel,PowerPointand Word Strong oral and written communication, planning and organizational skills with a critical focus on the ability to convey complex matters in plain English Monitoring issues andresolutioncoordination, activity prioritization, etc. Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative style, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and exceptional attention to detail Stock Plan Administration experience Prior SAP experience Success Factorsexperience Competencies Build Partnerships Drive Innovation Grow Capabilities Promote Inclusion Motivational Fit Technical Skills Deliver Results Learn more about our benefits:Benefits/Health & Welfare | LyondellBasell Stay Connected!
