Technology Program Manager

Role: Technology Program manager Experience: 18+ Years Location: Chennai We are seeking an experienced Technology Program Manager to support enterprise transformation initiatives across Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, Engineering, and Shared Technology Services. The role focuses on delivery coordination, execution governance, dependency management, Agile/SAFe delivery support, and stakeholder alignment across complex enterprise programs. Key Responsibilities Coordinate enterprise technology delivery activities across architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, integration, and governance workstreams.

Partner with Architecture, Security, Engineering, Infrastructure, Data, and business teams to support integrated planning and execution. Facilitate Agile/SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, status reviews, dependency tracking, RAID management, and delivery governance. Track program milestones, risks, dependencies, operational metrics, and execution status across multiple teams.

Collaborate with offshore teams, vendors, and system integrators to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution. Prepare dashboards, governance reports, and executive status updates for enterprise transformation initiatives. Support release planning, environment readiness, operational transition, compliance, and governance activities.

Drive continuous improvement across delivery governance, reporting, and operational processes. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience in technology program management, project management, or enterprise delivery coordination. Strong experience managing cross-functional enterprise technology initiatives in Agile/SAFe environments.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. Experience with governance reporting, dependency management, risk tracking, and execution coordination. Working knowledge of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, governance, and enterprise transformation concepts.

Experience working with global teams, offshore delivery organizations, and vendors preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting cybersecurity, cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, or enterprise architecture initiatives. Familiarity with Azure cloud environments, enterprise integrations, and governance frameworks.

PMP, SAFe, Agile, or related certifications preferred.
