Job Title: Product Analyst Experience: 2-4 Years Location: Ahmedabad Joining: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Role Purpose The Product Analyst supports the Product Manager in translating product strategy into actionable execution plans by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing product documentation, facilitating delivery processes, and providing insights that improve product outcomes. The role acts as a bridge between Product, Engineering, QA, Design, Support, Marketing, and Partnership teams to ensure product initiatives are clearly defined, effectively communicated, and successfully delivered.

Over time, the Product Analyst is expected to take increasing ownership of operational product decisions based on demonstrated product knowledge, business understanding, and performance. Key Responsibilities Must have Backlog & Sprint Management Own backlog grooming activities and ensure stories are sprint-ready. Facilitate sprint planning preparation with Engineering, QA, and Product teams.

Identify dependencies, blockers, and risks early in the delivery lifecycle. Track progress of product initiatives and escalate concerns when necessary. Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as the primary coordination point between Product, Engineering, QA, Design, Support, Marketing, and Partnership teams.

Conduct daily stand-up meetings and capture key decisions and action items. Participate in release, support, marketing, and partnership meetings to gather requirements and communicate updates. Ensure stakeholders remain aligned throughout the product lifecycle.

Product Discovery & Research Conduct feature research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking. Gather and consolidate feedback from internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and support teams. Participate in customer or partner discussions when required.

Analyze product usage trends, customer pain points, and business requirements. Requirements Management Translate business and product requirements into detailed user stories, tasks, and functional specifications. Create, maintain, and update product documentation, process flows, and supporting materials.

Review and verify acceptance criteria prepared by QA teams against product requirements. Maintain end-to-end requirement traceability. Should Have Release Support & Knowledge Management Support release planning and execution activities.

Prepare and publish release notes for product updates. Create release walkthrough videos and enablement materials when required. Develop and maintain FAQs, user guides, and help documentation.

Good to have Quality & Defect Management Track bugs throughout their lifecycle and monitor defect resolution progress. Support ticket triage and prioritization discussions. Assist Engineering and QA teams by clarifying requirements and expected behavior.

Monitor recurring issues and recommend process improvements. Process Improvement Identify process inefficiencies, communication gaps, and operational bottlenecks. Recommend and implement improvements to product delivery workflows.

Standardize documentation templates, meeting processes, and product operations practices. Continuously improve collaboration between Product, Engineering, QA, and Support teams.
