About the Role We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to grow our B2B/corporate gifting business. The role involves managing inbound inquiries, generating outbound leads, building corporate relationships, and driving repeat business. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Generate new business through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and partnerships Schedule meetings, pitch products, and close deals Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Client Relationship Management Manage relationships with HR, admin, procurement, founders, and marketing teams Ensure smooth communication and client servicing Drive repeat orders and festive gifting business Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution Maintain lead trackers/CRM and sales reports Follow up regularly with prospects and existing clients Requirements 2โ€“5 years experience in B2B sales/business development Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building Organized, proactive, and target-oriented Experience in corporate gifting/luxury/lifestyle brands is a plus Preferred Existing corporate network LinkedIn outreach experience Experience handling bulk/festive gifting orders
