Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in New Delhi. The Sales Engineer will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and promote Honeywell industrial automation, gas detection, and thermal solutions to customers in target industries. Responsibilities include conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, and recommending appropriate solutions that meet safety and performance needs.

The role involves preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals in alignment with company targets. The Sales Engineer will also provide pre- and post-sales technical support, coordinate with internal technical teams, and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups and service-focused interactions. Qualifications Strong Sales Engineering and Sales skills, with the ability to understand industrial applications and translate technical capabilities into business value.

Experience in Technical Support and Customer Service, including handling queries, resolving issues, and supporting customers throughout the solution lifecycle. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to conduct presentations, collaborate with internal teams, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related field) or an equivalent technical qualification.

Prior experience in industrial automation, safety systems, gas detection, or related domains is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and time-management abilities, with a results-oriented and customer-centric approach. Comfortable working on-site in industrial environments and traveling to client locations as required.
