Lead a high-performing BDR team with Voices as the Sales Development Manager in Ontario. This hybrid role focuses on developing effective sales workflows and driving pipeline growth. As the Sales Development Manager, you will report to the Director, Sales & Business Development.
Your leadership will shape the structure of end-to-end workflows from inbound to outbound prospecting. You will mentor BDRs, optimize tools like Salesforce, and ensure accountability to meet conversion quotas.
