Individual Contributor Role – Assistant manager/ Manager - Inside sales Location – Hybrid Minimum Experience – 5 Yrs Plus in USA Market across all key verticals An Inside Sales Manager in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment focuses on remote selling—usually via calls, emails, or virtual demos—to U.S.-based prospects. This role is integral part of the Sales team and works as brand ambassadors to the Outside world primarily identifying business opportunities and generating a qualified sales pipeline. Core responsibilities: Identifying qualified prospects through cold calling or email correspondence or social media platforms (Min 80 odd calls per day) Build Prospect lists based on an ideal customer profile.
Identifying and creating database of decision makers, influencers at target companies that may be involved in a buying decision. Running outreach campaigns using emails, calls, and LinkedIn, social media touchpoints and set up meetings for the sales team Experience in using Tools & Tech (CRM platforms) like Salesforce, HubSpot, Dialers, Outreach, ZoomInfo, sales navigator, fresh sales etc. Driving revenue targets for U.S. market Coordinating with U.S.-based clients or stakeholders (often night shifts IST) for capability presentation, online and in person meetings.
Key Skills Required : U.S. Market Understanding Familiarity with U.S. buyer behavior, competition, holidays, time zones, knowledge of the cultural nuances of the US Region Strong command of neutral or Americanized English accent Sales analytics dashboards Self-driven candidate Performance Management Target-driven mindset (monthly/quarterly quotas) Experience with outbound/inbound campaigns
