Job Title Account Sales Manager – Landscaping Industry Location: Waterdown, ON | Salary: $75,000–$85,000/year + Commission + Benefits | Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role Join the award‑winning team at Paramount Landscaping Inc., a leading provider of landscaping, snow removal, and outdoor property management services in Southern Ontario. As an Account Sales Manager, you will oversee the maintenance division, ensuring efficient and quality operations while driving sales and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage the maintenance sales division, ensuring crews follow site plans and jobs are executed per customer agreements.
Oversee daily sales activities, including property site visits, face‑to‑face client interactions, and quoting/closing deals. Conduct site visits, address client inquiries and complaints, and uphold exceptional quality control across all projects. Develop and implement quality control protocols to maintain consistency and excellence within the maintenance division.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to lead the strategic process for sale improvements, identify new opportunities, and implement innovative solutions aligned with long‑term objectives. Work closely with the Operations Manager, fleet, and equipment transitions, along with seasonal planning.
Provide actionable insights and data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership, supporting decision‑making and long‑term strategic initiatives. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the landscaping maintenance industry. Proven sales track record, including customer relationships and retention.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to quote multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and client‑relationship management skills. Flexible availability, including early mornings and occasional weekends during peak seasons.
Familiarity with snow plowing operations and winter services is a strong asset. Benefits Competitive salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year. Quarterly commission incentive.
