Own and manage dealer communications related to sales updates, programs, and reporting, ensuring consistency and alignment with sales objectives Track dealership sales performance against territory and corporate budgets Coordinate the development and consolidation of annual sales budgets (corporate and field) Develop, maintain, and analyze sales reports, including market share, trends, and performance summaries for leadership Analyze internal and external data sources to generate market share reporting and provide insights to support strategic decision-making Prepare regular reports and presentations for Sales Managers and the executive team Maintain and update dealer-facing tools, including the Dealer Portal and related resources Coordinate sales webinars, including scheduling, logistics, and post-event reporting Provide reporting, analysis, and administrative support to Sales Managers to assist in planning, forecasting, and performance tracking Work in close coordination with the Inside Sales/Dealer Support function to align reporting, processes, and dealer communication Assist with order entry, invoicing, and order changes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures Draft and maintain sales policies, procedures, and documentation Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, tools, and data accuracy Support ad hoc analysis, reporting, and special projects as directed by the VP of Sales & Marketing Adapt to evolving priorities and business needs within the Sales function What do you need to succeed?
