Job Description
We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst for our client who meets the following criteria: Language: Bilingual – English + French Security Clearance: Secret Location of Work: On-Site (Bank of Canada Head Office in Ottawa) Mandatory requirements: The bidder must have University degree or college diploma in a technology‑related field The bidder must have a minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated IT experience The bidder must have a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience in a laptop refresh project using Intune, ServiceNow, SCCM The bidder must demonstrate advanced Microsoft knowledge and experience in desktop and Office tool support The bidder must demonstrate experience deploying and supporting Windows 10/11 laptops in an enterprise environment The bidder must demonstrate experience with device imaging, provisioning, and configuration profiles The bidder must demonstrate experience performing data migration and device refresh activities The bidder must demonstrate familiarity with IT asset management systems and lifecycle tracking The bidder must demonstrate knowledge of endpoint security controls, including encryption (e.g., BitLocker), patching, and compliance policies The bidder must demonstrate experience performing hardware setup and troubleshooting (laptops, docks, peripherals) The bidder must demonstrate strong experience troubleshooting and user support skills during deployments If interested, please reach out to Dio at dio@mdosconsulting.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
