Senior Recruitment Manager

Location: Hyderabad Experience: 10+ Years Shift : EST Industry Focus: Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices & Engineering Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager with over 10 years of expertise in talent acquisition across Life Sciences, Pharma, Medical Devices, and Engineering domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities, managing client and stakeholder relationships, driving strategic hiring initiatives, and building strong talent pipelines for niche and volume-based hiring requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding.

Handle hiring requirements across life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, Engineering, and manufacturing sectors. Recruit for technical and functional roles including QA/QC, Validation, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, R&D, Automation, Clinical, Supply Chain, and Engineering positions. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and vendor partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. Lead and mentor recruitment teams to achieve hiring targets and improve recruitment efficiency. Conduct market mapping, talent research, and competitor analysis for niche skill hiring.

Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Manage vendor coordination, recruitment metrics, reporting, and MIS tracking. Drive employee engagement, employer branding, and recruitment process improvements.

Maintain candidate databases and ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of recruitment experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Medical Devices, or Engineering industries. Strong understanding of technical and domain-specific hiring requirements.

Experience in permanent staffing, contract staffing, and leadership hiring. Excellent sourcing and networking skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Dice, Monster, and other recruitment platforms. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in handling multiple client accounts and high-volume recruitment. Knowledge of recruitment analytics, ATS tools, and recruitment KPIs. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills Experience in regulated industries and GMP/FDA/ISO-based environments. Team handling and client management experience. Strong understanding of engineering and healthcare talent markets in Hyderabad and PAN India.
