ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a sharp, execution-driven Digital Product Manager who will own the end-to-end product lifecycle โ€” from ideation and requirements gathering to go-live and revenue impact. You will sit at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, and technology delivery, bridging the gap between what the business needs and what the engineering team builds. This is not a 'coordinator' role.

You will own product P&L metrics, drive sprint outcomes, and be accountable for conversion, retention, and revenue-linked KPIs across our digital platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and own the end-to-end product roadmap aligned with business goals, revenue targets, and user needs Translate business requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes Prioritise product backlog using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, and OKR-linked scoring Identify market gaps, competitive benchmarks, and technology opportunities in the real estate / proptech space Technology Delivery & Engineering Collaboration Act as the single point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team Conduct grooming sessions, sprint planning, and retrospectives; hold the team accountable for delivery timelines Own UAT โ€” define test cases, track bugs, and sign off releases with zero tolerance for broken user journeys Work hands-on with REST APIs, data schemas, and system architecture to communicate feasibility with engineering Revenue, Metrics & P&L Ownership Own product-level KPIs: lead conversion rate, cost per lead (CPL), digital revenue contribution, funnel drop-off, and CSAT Build and maintain live dashboards (Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Metabase, or similar) to track north-star metrics Present weekly/monthly product performance reviews to leadership with clear action plans Drive A/B tests, experiments, and iteration cycles to improve conversion and engagement Customer Experience & Design Thinking Conduct user interviews, usability tests, heatmap analyses, and session recordings to inform decisions Collaborate with UX/UI designers to produce customer journeys that are intuitive, high-converting, and on-brand Represent the voice of the customer in every sprint, ensuring features ship with measurable value Marketing & Growth Technology Work closely with digital marketing on CRM workflows, WhatsApp automations, email journeys, and retargeting flows Integrate and manage MarTech tools: CRM (Salesforce / Zoho / LeadSquared), CDP, marketing automation, chatbots Enable personalisation and segmentation capabilities to improve lead nurturing and re-engagement MUST-HAVE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 3โ€“6 years of product management experience on customer-facing digital products (web + mobile) Proven track record of launching features that directly impacted revenue, conversion, or retention Strong command of Agile methodologies โ€” Scrum, Kanban, sprint ceremonies, velocity tracking Hands-on experience writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that developers can ship without hand-holding Familiarity with at least one analytics platform: GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Clevertap Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and frontend/backend architecture (you don't code, but you speak the language) Exposure to CRM and marketing automation tools โ€” LeadSquared, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or MoEngage Excellent communication skills โ€” you can simplify complexity for C-suite and specify precisely for engineers Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field GOOD TO HAVE Experience in real estate, proptech, or high-consideration B2C categories (ed-tech, health-tech, BFSI, travel) Exposure to AI/ML-powered product features (recommendation engines, chatbots, predictive scoring) Knowledge of SEO, SEM, performance marketing funnels, and their data touchpoints Certification in Product Management (AIPMM, Product School, Pragmatic) or MBA Experience working with offshore or distributed development teams WHAT YOU WILL OWN โ€” SUCCESS METRICS Metric Target Expectation Digital Lead Conversion Rate Improve by โ‰ฅ15% within 6 months of joining Sprint Delivery Rate โ‰ฅ85% committed stories shipped on time Feature Adoption Rate โ‰ฅ60% of target users engaging with new features in 30 days Bug Escape Rate to Production P&L Digital Revenue Share Increase digital-attributed revenue contribution QoQ TECHNOLOGY STACK & TOOLS EXPOSURE Product Management Jira, Confluence, Notion, Linear, Productboard Analytics & Data Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Metabase, Looker Studio, Hotjar Design Collaboration Figma, Zeplin, Miro, Whimsical CRM / MarTech LeadSquared, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, MoEngage, HubSpot, CleverTap Communication Slack, MS Teams, Loom, Notion Docs Tech Fundamentals REST APIs, Postman, SQL (basic), Firebase, Webhooks, Git (read-only) Infrastructure Awareness AWS / GCP basics, CI/CD pipelines, CDN, caching concepts WHY RIDHIRA?
