Title: Reasearch Analyst Work location: DSL Abacus IT Park, Uppal, Hyderabad Working Hours : 6 pm to 3 am IST Experience: 1 - 3 years Job Description: As a Reaserach Analyst, you will play a key role in expanding SRA Staffing Solutions' client base by identifying new business opportunities and supporting sales strategies. This is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in sales, networking and market research while working alongside experienced professionals in the staffing and recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities: Prospect & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling. Lead Generation: Assist in sourcing and qualifying business leads for staffing and IT consulting opportunities. Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and hiring needs to identify business growth opportunities.

CRM & Database Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in the company's CRM system. Desired Candidate Profile: Currently enrolled in a post-secondar business, marketing, communications, or related program (Co-op eligible). Passionate about sales, networking and relationship-building.

Self-motivated, eager to learn and driven to achieve results. Comfortable with cold calling, outreach and client interactions. Tech-savvy with experience using LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
