Roles and Responsibilities Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist Role Good Experience in Automobile Dealerships On-boarding & Induction Payroll Management & Time management Administration Excellent knowledge about recruitment Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Desired Candidate Profile Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
