PROJECT MANAGER — E-COMMERCE Pune | Work from Office | Full-time | 2+ Years Experience | CTC: ₹6–8 LPA ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Project Manager to manage and deliver E-commerce projects while ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and project execution skills, along with experience handling multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Client & Project Management • Act as the primary point of contact for clients • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and overall execution • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope Team Coordination • Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and third-party vendors • Allocate resources effectively across projects • Conduct regular follow-ups and project status meetings • Resolve project blockers and manage escalations proactively Reporting & Documentation • Maintain project plans, status reports, and meeting notes • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders • Track project progress and delivery milestones Quality & Operations • Ensure quality standards are maintained across deliverables • Monitor project budgets, invoicing, and operational workflows • Identify process improvements for better execution efficiency REQUIRED SKILLSETS • Experience managing E-commerce or digital projects • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills • Understanding of Agile workflows and project lifecycle management • Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager • Experience in the E-commerce industry preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field • PMP certification is a plus WHAT WE OFFER • Work from Office opportunity in Pune • Competitive compensation: ₹6–8 LPA • Opportunity to work with fast-growing E-commerce brands • Collaborative and growth-focused work environment • Career growth and learning opportunities HOW TO APPLY Please fill out the Google Form for initial screening and application submission: Apply Here : https://forms.gle/uMGeqNHw1CHiqhEM8
