Project Manager - Network Operation

Project Manager – Network Operations & Infrastructure Location: Remote Experience: 8–15 Years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise network infrastructure projects and operational initiatives across Cisco WAN/LAN environments. The candidate will manage project delivery, stakeholder coordination, operational governance, and cross-functional technical teams in a 18*7 enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end network infrastructure and operations projects Coordinate with network, security, cloud, and operations teams Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and escalations Lead client communication, status reporting, and stakeholder management Oversee incident, change, and operational governance activities Ensure SLA adherence and smooth delivery of network operations Support projects involving Routing & Switching, Firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, Wireless, WAF, DNS, and Load Balancing Maintain project documentation, SOPs, RCA reports, and runbooks Drive automation and process improvement initiatives Required Skills Strong experience in Cisco WAN/LAN environments Knowledge of Routing & Switching, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP Experience with Cisco ASA/FTD, Palo Alto Firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN Exposure to Aruba Wireless, F5 Load Balancer, Imperva WAF, Infoblox DDI Understanding of Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, and REST APIs Experience managing 24x7 Network Operations / NOC environments Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM tools Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field PMP / Agile / PRINCE2 certification preferred CCNP / CCIE / PCNSE / Aruba / F5 certifications are an advantage Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud networking environments preferred
