Role Description We are seeking a Manager – Quick Commerce to oversee, strategize, and drive the growth of our quick commerce operations in Noida. This full-time, on-site role involves managing partnerships with online platforms, monitoring order fulfillment efficiency, analyzing market trends, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, negotiate with stakeholders, and develop strategies to maximize sales and enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in Business Negotiation and Sales to develop partnerships and drive revenue growth Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, performance data, and operational metrics Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain relationships and address customer needs effectively Experience in managing e-commerce or quick commerce operations is a strong advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and lead cross-functional teams Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
