Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Shift Timing: 1:30 PM โ 10:30 PM (Monday โ Friday) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end digital strategies with a strong focus on social media management, email marketing, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and driving email campaigns, lead generation, and brand visibility. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
Manage and grow social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, and other platforms. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and automated workflows. Create and manage email campaign strategies to drive engagement, lead nurturing, and conversions.
Monitor email performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversion rates, and optimize campaigns accordingly. Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, campaigns) across social platforms. Run and optimize paid and organic digital campaigns across social media and email channels.
Maintain and manage content calendars for both social media and email campaigns. Conduct audience segmentation and targeting for effective campaign execution. Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Perform competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities. Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools and improve ROI. Manage brand presence and online reputation across all digital channels.
Required Skills Excellent creativity skills to present ideas and lead a team of CANVA designers Experience in handling & tuning high-def camera systems, sound devices, lighting setups, and drones. Strong experience in Social Media Management (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.) Hands-on experience in Email Marketing and Campaign Management Solid understanding of video editing tools such as CapCut, Filmora, Adobe After Effects, and Apple iMovie. Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, or similar Knowledge of paid ads (Meta Business, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads โ preferred) Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, campaign dashboards) Excellent communication, content planning, and campaign execution skills Ability to manage multiple team clusters working on different aspects of social media.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelorโs/Masterโs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Certifications in Digital Marketing (preferred) Experience in B2B / outsourcing / service-based industry (added advantage).
