We create engaging environments and solutions for events, exhibitions, museums, experience centres and other physical and digital touchpoints. Alongside building the Empact Studio brand, we are also developing products and new business initiatives that will require strong, audience-focused marketing.
Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Manager who can combine strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. The person will help shape and grow Empact Studio's market presence while planning the positioning, launch and ongoing marketing of products introduced by the company. The role covers marketing strategy, social media, content, campaigns, audience research, brand communication and performance analysis.
This role suits someone who can understand a business objective, convert it into a clear marketing plan and coordinate with creative teams to bring that plan to life. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Brand Building • Develop and execute marketing strategies for Empact Studio, its services and future products. • Translate business goals into audience segments, positioning, messaging, campaigns and measurable marketing priorities. • Create monthly, quarterly and campaign-based marketing plans across awareness, engagement, consideration and lead generation. • Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure communication reflects Empact Studio's design-led and technology-enabled positioning. Social Media & Content • Plan and manage social media across Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, including timely community engagement where required. • Build platform-specific content calendars instead of repeating the same content across every channel. • Develop content themes, campaign ideas, captions, carousel narratives, reel concepts, case-study communication and founder-led content, coordinating with creative and project teams for timely delivery.
Product & Campaign Marketing • Support go-to-market planning for new products, including audience definition, value proposition, launch narrative, communication journey and campaign rollout. • Work with product, design and leadership teams to understand features and convert them into clear, customer-relevant benefits. • Plan pre-launch, launch and post-launch communication across owned, earned and partnership channels. • Help develop marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, landing-page copy, email communication and product explainers. Research, Performance & Growth • Research audiences, competitors, categories and relevant marketing trends, and use these insights to guide communication. • Track content and campaign performance using platform analytics and defined KPIs; identify what is working and why. • Prepare concise reports and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, recall, enquiries and conversions. • Identify opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, communities, PR and organic growth, while supporting lead-nurturing and business-development coordination. Skills & Experience • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, brand, content, social media, digital marketing or a related role. • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, brand building, consumer behaviour, social media strategy and content planning. • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and audience-appropriate copy. • Ability to think strategically while remaining comfortable with hands-on execution and coordination. • Working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, social media analytics and common digital marketing tools. • Strong planning, presentation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a multidisciplinary environment.
Educational Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Media, Business Administration or a related field is preferred. • Candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant experience, strong work samples and demonstrated marketing ability are welcome to apply. • Relevant certifications in digital marketing, social media, content, analytics or brand strategy will be an advantage. Added Advantages • Experience with product marketing, go-to-market planning or new product launches. • Exposure to design, technology, events, exhibitions, museums, experiential marketing or creative industries. • Working knowledge of AI-enabled marketing tools & SEO • A portfolio or examples of strategies, campaigns, social content or product launches you have contributed to. Employment Terms • The position includes a three-month probationary period. Confirmation of employment will be based on satisfactory performance during this period. • Following successful completion of probation, the role requires a minimum two-year commitment, subject to the terms of the employment agreement. • Compensation will be aligned with industry standards and determined based on the candidate's experience, skills and suitability for the role.
