Company Description Kavach Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in Kolkata, is a leading Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) manufacturer and structural steel EPC contractor. The company specializes in designing, fabricating, and erecting industrial and commercial steel structures, primarily serving Eastern India.

Kavach Infra offers end-to-end solutions for PEB project delivery, industrial warehouses, factories, and commercial buildings, all adhering to IS 800 standards. With a steadfast commitment to speed, precision, and accountability, we ensure high-quality outcomes for every project. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Kolkata.

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals. Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment life cycle, overseeing employee relations, addressing workplace conflicts, ensuring compliance with labor laws, coordinating training and development programs, and maintaining HR policies. The role also involves facilitating performance evaluations, payroll processing, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications Human Resources Management: Proficient in HR policies, strategies, employee relations, conflict resolution, and team building. Recruitment & Onboarding: Experienced in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding new hires effectively. Compliance & Administration: In-depth knowledge of labor laws, workplace regulations, payroll processing, and maintaining employee records.

Training & Development: Ability to create and implement programs for skill enhancement and leadership training. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and relationship-building abilities. Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Competent in analyzing HR data, resolving employee grievances, and making data-driven decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is advantageous. Proficiency in HR management software and tools is preferred.
