Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager β Sales Industry: Real Estate Experience Required: 3β7 years (Residential, Commercial & Plotted Developments) Location: Padur, Chennai & Sirisuri, Chennai Job Summary The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager β Sales will be responsible for driving sales of residential, commercial, and plotted development projects. The role involves managing end-to-end sales processes, handling customer relationships, generating leads, and ensuring achievement of sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Drive sales for residential, commercial, and plotted development projects.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Conduct corporate presentations and site visits to generate new business opportunities.
Identify and explore new markets, channels, and client segments. Customer Relationship Management Handle customer inquiries, site visits, and follow-ups effectively. Provide accurate project information and guide customers through the buying process.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints by coordinating with internal teams. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business. Lead Generation & Conversion Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided tools.
Convert leads into site visits and ensure strong follow-ups for closures. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure high conversion ratios. Data Management & Reporting Collect, maintain, and update customer databases regularly.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Track leads, site visits, bookings, and closures accurately in CRM systems. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Participate in market surveys to understand trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making. Process Compliance Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales processes. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal and company policies.
