Company Description Falcon Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. is India’s premier international B2B trade promotion and exhibitions company, headquartered in New Delhi with a pan-India presence. The company organizes trade shows, exhibitions, buyer–seller meets, business matchmaking, investor meets, and trade promotion activities across sectors such as IT software and cyber security, Pro AV solutions, pharmaceuticals, engineering and auto components, textiles, plastics and chemicals, machine tools, and textile machinery.

Each year, over 2,000 trade bodies and exhibitors and more than 100,000 visitors participate in Falcon’s events. Falcon also manages international exhibitions and conferences in India, India pavilions overseas, visitor promotion campaigns, stand construction and design, onsite exhibitor management, and exhibition public relations. Role Description The Exhibitions Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

This role is responsible for end-to-end operational planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and B2B events, including venue coordination, vendor management, logistics, scheduling, and onsite delivery. The Exhibitions Operations Manager will oversee exhibition layouts, exhibitor stand construction, signage, and technical arrangements, ensuring events run on time, within budget, and in line with safety and quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with clients, exhibitors, trade bodies, and internal teams for timelines, requirements, and issue resolution.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing operational plans and checklists, supervising onsite teams, monitoring budgets, tracking event KPIs, and preparing post-event reports and process improvements. Qualifications Event and exhibition operations skills, including end-to-end event planning, onsite management, vendor coordination, and logistics oversight. Project and stakeholder management skills, such as scheduling, resource allocation, coordination with clients, exhibitors, and internal teams, and conflict resolution.

Budgeting and commercial skills, including cost estimation, negotiation with suppliers, monitoring expenses, and maintaining profitability. Process and quality management skills, including developing operational workflows, risk and safety management, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders and managing teams on the ground.

Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic digital tools for project tracking and reporting. Bachelor’s degree in business, event management, marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in exhibitions, events, or trade promotion is highly beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, travel as required for events, and work extended hours during show periods.
