Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time or part-time remote contract role responsible for promoting Gouldings Global Academyβs programmes and generating student enrollments.
On a daily basis, this role involves identifying and contacting prospective learners, presenting course offerings, and guiding applicants through the admissions process. The representative develops and executes sales and marketing activities, including online campaigns, social media outreach, and participation in virtual events. The role also includes maintaining relationships with partners, responding to inquiries, and providing clear and accurate information about programmes and entry requirements.
Regular reporting on performance metrics and collaboration with academic and support teams to align messaging with institutional goals are key parts of this position. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present information confidently to diverse audiences. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond promptly to inquiries, support prospective and current learners, and handle concerns professionally.
Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing enrollments in an ethical and learner-focused manner. Candidates should possess Training and Sales & Marketing skills to deliver information sessions, support outreach campaigns, and contribute to promotional strategies. Experience in education, online learning, or international student recruitment is beneficial.
Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems, social media, and virtual meeting applications, is preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets is required. A relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is advantageous, along with prior experience in sales or marketing roles.
