Language Skills: Fluency in English and the local language (e.g., Hindi) is essential for effective communication with a diverse customer base. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic knowledge of CRM software (like Salesforce or Zoho) to manage leads. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Proactively reaching out to potential customers to introduce helmet products and generate sales. Lead Conversion: Converting inquiries into sales by explaining product features, safety standards, and benefits.
